Got a slip of paper upon check-in suggesting that breakfast is on weekends only -- was thrilled to find full breakfast on Monday morning. Front desk and breakfast crew in the morning were great. Room was very clean. Water fountain with dispenser for bottle is very nice. Nice, contemporary decor.

The room was spacious and spotless. The employees at the front desk were friendly and professional. The included breakfast was very good with many options. Overall one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a nice hot breakfast every morning. Easy to get to. When we got there first night there were deer in the parking lot. That was a surprise! The staff were friendly.

The breakfast was great, location was convenient and quiet, safe. I really enjoyed talking with the front desk staff, he was amazing and so kind, very helpful, friendly, and just overall a wonderful person! Great place! I will be coming back in October, and plan to stay with Hampton again.

Breakfast offered a good variety. The location was great; very convenient. When considering all the different hotels I have stayed at; this hotel is in my top three picks of hotels to stay . at when taking personal time to visit friends and family. The staff was exceedingly accommodating with my disability needs, and that's not always the case.. I had so much room to move around in my wheelchair, and I didn't have to pay a huge amount for all these conveniences. As a matter of fact- I found the price to be a major factor in choosing this hotel. I am so glad to know that if I need to stay in this area; choosing a hotel is a given.

Steven the General Manager was amazing! We were having a tough time finding transportation to get to the baseball game and when Steven realized that we were struggling, he didn’t hesitate and he offered to drive us. He’s so friendly and kind and he truly made our stay an excellent experience!

We stayed here for the Cleavland Air Show. ( 30 minutes away) Everything was exceptionally great! We had a King room, on the 4th floor. The towels were a great size, as well! The check in guy was absolutley wonderful! I was waiting until we arrived to transfer money over to the card I was using to pay for the room. They tried pre authorizing the payment that morning, and the money wasn't on there. I had called the hotel for another question as we were on our way there and thats when the gentleman explained what happened that morning, with the card being declined. ( as I was unaware of the transaction) ...at the end of the day, he did not let them cancel my room and i was able to stay when we got here, in the room we reserved. We ended up staying an extra night as well. The room was so spacious and nice! Clean! The housekeepers are wonderful as well! They keep the hotel and rooms exceptionally clean and work very hard! Great work ya'll! They also have a snack area, where you can purchase stuff from and have it charged to your room! This is great for someone needing a place last minute. ( we didnt use it because we brought our own stuff for the trip ).

What can I say about the staff? They are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I've ever met. From the moment we walked in to when we checked out, they always had a smile on their face, were eager to help, and treated guests with respect. For that alone I will return to this hotel if I ever were in the Cleveland area again. Our family mainly came to visit the Cuyahoga Valley National Park; to which this hotel is very convenient. The location is also close to local commerce, making most needs easy to meet. The breakfast is, as usual, up to the lofty Hampton Inn standards (waffles!) The nice, heavy curtains helped us get good nights sleep, even though the hotel is in a more commercial area close to the interstate and so remains well-lit late into the night.

Breakfast was good but could have changed it up from day to day. Location was close enough to all downtown attractions without parking expenses.

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed all the options available to us. My wife even commented on the quality of breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The price and location of this hotel were just right. We were close to Cleveland and a lot of other local attractions. The front desk staff was very good.
